Shift Your Mindset, Transform Your Business

The 5 most powerful insights I took away from KW Mega Agent Camp 2026

Usually, I break down our weekly insights into separate agent and leadership categories. But after returning from KW Mega Agent Camp, it's pretty obvious that the biggest lessons from this week apply across every area of our lives and businesses.

Here are the five powerful perspectives that resonated with me and the quiet moments of deep reflection they created in the room:

  1. Shifting Leverage (Liz Landry): Highlighting her book From Operator to Owner, Liz walked us through moving from low leverage, to talent leverage, to leadership leverage and pinpointing where most entrepreneurs get stuck.
  2. Building a Talent Bench (Jason Abrams): A simple, clear truth on who we need around us: "CEOs need think partners. Agents need referral partners."
  3. Designing Your Future (Craig Zuber): Sharing the principles he's lived from his new book, The 10 Year Letter, Craig dropped two quotes that made all of us in the room say "wow, that's good":
    • "If you're not clear about your future, the present can feel like a prison."
    • "Decide your life, then your goals, then your actions."
  4. Embracing the Struggle (Amy Porterfield): A powerful reminder on growth at the CEO Summit: "The thing I don't enjoy built the thing I treasure most."
  5. Identity and Repetition (Gary Keller): Gary drove these principles home with a masterclass on self-concept: "Do the unnatural until it becomes natural. Doing and becoming are two different things."
    • Your self-worth is an unshakeable belief.
    • Your self-identity is a conscious decision.
    • Your self-image is a mental picture.
    • Your ego is a drive to either promote or protect your self-image.
    • Your reps (repetitions) are the proof of who you think you are.

Weekly Call to Action

Take time this week to go internal and really look at your current trajectory in life:

  1. Ask yourself: Do you feel free or imprisoned by your current status? I've been there and felt like I was in a prison, so, if you're there, I'm sorry and let's chat.
  2. Define your sequence: Write down the life you want first, then align your goals and actions to match it.
  3. Get coached: find the partner who believes in the life you want and can help you get it.
Put it to work
