What is your business missing?
You've poured in sleepless nights, worked at all hours, skipped the celebrations, and maybe even sacrificed time with your family. It's time to get back what you've given up. All that sacrifice has left a gap: in your numbers, your team, your customers, or your plan for the day you step away. It's hard to see from the inside, and it's costing you.

You're good at what you do. The business still depends on you doing all of it.
Most owners hit the same wall. The work is there and the clients like you, but growth means more hours, and handing things off feels risky.
Your business exists to serve you, not the other way around. That doesn't mean less ambition. It means balance, boundaries, and a business designed, or redesigned, so it doesn't drain the life out of you.
- You've been in business long enough to have loyal clients and steady revenue.
- Growth depends on you working more, and there's no more of you.
- You know you need help. But which role do you hire first, what do you pay, and how do you know you can afford it?
- You run it with a spouse or partner, and roles have gotten blurry.
- You want the business you built to fund your life through retirement.
- You need balance between your business or career and your life.
- You can close deals, but you don't have consistent systems or client attraction models to keep it going.
Win in your business and in your life.
That's why clients come to me. We set your goals, then build the habits that reach them and break the ones that have capped your success. Small wins, day by day, add up until you finally hit the goal. Then you think bigger for the next one, and the momentum carries you from struggling and self-employed to a business owner who leads others.
Decide where you're going
Clear targets for your business and your life, written down.
Build the ones that win
New habits that reach the goal. Old ones that capped you, broken.
Think bigger, then lead
Small wins stack up, and you grow into an owner who leads others.
Most businesses operate within five areas. Which one is missing for you?
Some owners can name the gap. Others haven't spotted it yet. Either way, when one of these isn't running properly, your business suffers, and so do you.
Your operating system
“Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.” Henry Ford. Missing it looks like: doubt creeps in when it gets hard.
Map your mindset →Attract your ideal client
Work with the people you want to work with. Missing it looks like: busy months, then scrambling. A wild rollercoaster ride, feast or famine.
Know what it takes
How many sales it takes to fund your goals. Missing it looks like: taking every client no matter the cost, the time or the unrealistic expectations.
Run on a budget
Where the money goes and what you can afford next. Missing it looks like: the bank balance decides, or worse, family loans and racking up credit cards.
Build the team
Clear roles and the right next hire. Missing it looks like: it all lands on you, and without a growth strategy you hire the wrong person, or hire at the wrong time.

Partnerships, done right before you sign.
I've done it wrong, and I've done it right, and learned a whole lot along the way. Spouses, siblings, longtime friends: a partnership can double a business or break it. Who defines the roles? Who gets veto power? Who runs operations, and who's the rainmaker? We uncover each partner's hidden strengths and work through the challenges to make it happen. It's beautiful when it works right.
In their words.
“We went from 3–4 recruits every month to 10–12. Systems are working… we wouldn't be where we are today if it wasn't for a great coach!”
“She's able to define the root of the problem and provides clarity on next steps.”

Robin has built, scaled and sold the kind of business you're running.
She bought a small business, grew it into one of the largest of its kind in the city, and sold it for ten times what she paid. She built a nonprofit from nothing that has served over 1 million women since 1983.
Later she left a partnership and started over, with so much success that she and her husband went into business together and she learned even more about copreneurship. (They're still married after 44 years.) She went on to become CEO of an office of 400+ real estate agents: growing the office, attracting new agents, seeing it through a renovation, leading a high-level advisory board, and steering it into the top 1% of a worldwide company. All while living her best life with her family and grandchildren.

The feedback from last week was overwhelming: partnerships are on a lot of minds right now.

It was 2013. I sat in the chair opposite my Team Leader, my two partners of six years to my left. I was asking for a divorce. At least, that's what it felt like.
