About Robin

I've been the owner on the other side of the table.

I've bought a business, grown it, and sold it. I've built an organization from nothing. I know the fear of the first hire and the relief when the team runs without you. That's what I coach.

Robin's path

Owner first. Then leader. Then coach.

The common thread is structure: the roles, the forecast and the trajectory that turn effort into a business, and teaching others to do the same.

A requested speaker in the real estate space, nonprofit circles and conferences, Robin loves to communicate in the classroom, at conferences and in meetings of every kind.

  1. Small-business owner

Bought it small. Sold it for 10×.

Bought an event decorating company and grew it into one of the largest in the city, then sold it for ten times the purchase price.

  2. Nonprofit founder

From nothing to 1 million women served

Founded a nonprofit and scaled it into the fastest-growing organization in its sector at the time, serving over 1 million women since 1983.

  3. Real estate

20 years building and leading teams

Left a partnership and started over, with so much success that she and her husband partnered up and she learned even more about copreneurship. (Still married after 44 years.) Built a team into the top 3% of one of the country's largest real estate companies, then, as CEO, led an office of 400+ agents into the top 1% in the company worldwide.

  4. Coach

    Coaching owners and leaders

Leadership and Agent Coach with the prestigious Keller Williams MAPS Coaching. Certified John Maxwell coach. Today Robin coaches owners and partners who are ready to scale, expand or plan an exit.

Speaking and teaching

Bring Robin to your room.

Conferences, offices, classrooms, nonprofit boards and leadership retreats. Robin teaches owners and leaders how to build a business that serves them: profit, partnerships, people and the plan for stepping away.

Off the clock

Family first, and the beach whenever possible.

Robin's greatest joy is being with her family, especially her amazing grandchildren. She enjoys travel, especially to the beach, gets lost in a good book frequently, watches Major League Baseball, and absolutely loves to bake.
